Founder & Managing Director
Simba founded Kadmus Consulting to address a gap he observed repeatedly across his 25-year career: lower middle-market portfolio companies need sophisticated finance support, but rarely have access to it at the speed and scale that private equity demands.
Before Kadmus, Simba served as Head of Operational and Technical Accounting at Accordion Partners, where he built and led the practice serving PE-backed companies through complex accounting and finance challenges. Prior to Accordion, he founded the Finance Integration practice at Stout, focusing on exit readiness and post-close stabilization for newly sponsored companies.
Simba spent the first decade of his advisory career at KPMG, rising to Director across both Finance Transformation and Accounting Advisory Services. He began his career as a general accountant in industry, giving him firsthand understanding of the operational realities finance teams face daily.
He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Marymount Manhattan College.

We don't produce shelf-ware. Every engagement is designed to leave your finance function stronger, more capable, and better positioned to support the business.
Our approach centers on three principles:
Documenting an accounting position is only half the work. We configure your systems, train your team, and ensure the conclusion is embedded in how you operate—not buried in a memo.
Finance doesn't operate in isolation. We bring deep expertise to the CFO's office while providing informed perspective across HR, IT, Sales Ops, and other functions that intersect with finance operations.
Every Kadmus engagement is led by experienced professionals with Big Four and PE-backed company backgrounds. You work directly with people who have solved these problems before.
